Please read these terms and conditions carefully before accessing and/or ordering any goods from our Website. If you access the Website, and/or place an order for goods, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the terms and conditions please do not use our Website.

How to order

1. View the individual page for the product you wish to purchase, select the goods you require by specifying any colour/size options and quantity required and click ‘Add To Cart’;

2. Review your basket making sure all specifications such as size and colour fit your requirements, then click "Proceed to Checkout". Please ensure you have cookies enabled for our website on your internet browser as this can sometimes cause checkout problems;

3. If you are a new user you will need to enter an email address and create a user name and password. You must keep your username and password confidential as they allow access to your account. To continue setting up an account you will need to enter your personal details, billing address (which must correspond with your payment card address) and delivery address;

4. Once you have set up an account, you will be directed to the shipping confirmation page where you may enter voucher codes, select the type of delivery, and vary delivery and/or billing addresses.

5. You will then proceed to the secure payment page where you may select the payment type and complete your order. Following submission of your order we will send you an automated order acknowledgement to the email address provided.

By placing an order through our website, you warrant that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

How the contract for the goods is formed between you and us

After placing your order you will receive an automated acknowledgement. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm acceptance to you by confirming that your order has been despatched by us. Once we accept your order, a contract to purchase and deliver goods takes effect between you and Doggie Style Store Limited.

The contract to sell goods to you only relates to those goods listed in the confirmation email. We will not be obliged to sell any other goods which may have been part of your order until the despatch of your goods has been confirmed in a separate confirmation email.

You will be charged at the time of submitting your order via our checkout page.

Prices for goods on the Website appear on the product pages.

Prices and offers may vary and may only be available for limited periods. All prices and offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at our discretion.

The Website contains a large number of goods and it is possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the goods listed on the Website may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible. We will give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.

We are under no obligation to sell incorrectly priced goods to you at the incorrect price if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as an error.

Goods being delivered by us will be at your sole risk from the time of delivery to you.

Some offers carry a maximum quantity per customer, if applicable, this is detailed on the individual offer.

Method of Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo, Switch, Visa Debit and Electron. We also accept payment via PayPal and Apple Pay.

Our payment systems are totally secure and fraud preventive. When the order is placed at our website, all your details are encrypted with up to 256 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our servers. They are not held in clear text on any web site. You can check this by making sure the web address changes to start with https:// rather than http:// when you reach the checkout page and a padlock symbol will also show in your browser.

Please ensure you provide the cardholder's name as it is shown on the card, and the billing address corresponds as it appears on the card statement. Payment will be taken in GB pounds (£), and if applicable, your card will be charged according to the exchange rate at that time.

For your convenience you may choose a delivery address which is different to the address your payment card is registered i.e. a neighbour/friends address or work address. We always post to the delivery address requested during the checkout on our website, PayPal may insist you use your billing address as the delivery address on their payment pages however this will not affect your actual delivery address. You can check your delivery address is correct by viewing the order information page in the "My Account" section of the site after purchase and if any changes need to be made you can send us a message to arrange.

Fraud Prevention

To help us prevent fraud, orders of £200 or more may require a landline telephone number. Card fraud is illegal and perpetrators will be prosecuted.

Delivery Information

UK orders will be delivered by Royal Mail or Evri.

UK Delivery is FREE on all orders.

Delivery times depend on your location, the delivery service selected and the types of goods ordered. We always aim to despatch all goods in stock as quickly as possible, please note we cannot guarantee a specific delivery date. If you are not home for delivery the postman/courier will leave a card informing of the attempted delivery, this card will also include instructions on how to obtain your parcel. We may split delivery of your order into several parts based on stock availability/location. The maximum delivery lead time for goods is thirty days unless specifically agreed with you. Please ensure you enter the correct delivery address, we cannot be held responsible for incorrectly entered delivery addresses.

Order Tracking

We will email you to confirm your order has been successful and each time your order status changes. If you do not receive an email confirming your order or have not received any order status change emails they may have been delivered to your junk/spam folder, please check your junk/spam folder and add us to your safe senders list to ensure you receive future emails.

Customers can also view their current order status at any time via the order information page in the "My Account" section of the site.

If your order status is "Awaiting Fulfilment" this means we are currently processing your payment and order. We will email you as soon as your order is sent for packing.

If your order status is "Awaiting Shipment" this means we are currently preparing your order for posting. We will email you as soon as your order is posted.

If your order status is "Shipped" this means your order has been posted and will be delivered to you shortly.

Despite our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delivery delays. We recommend you take the following steps if your order has been posted but has not yet arrived:

  • Ask your local postal sorting office if they've already tried to deliver it.
  • Ask your neighbours if the package has been left with them.
  • Check that the delivery address you gave us is correct, you can view this on your order confirmation email or by logging into your account and viewing your outstanding orders.

Our Returns Policy

You may cancel your order any time within seven (7) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. We will refund the price of the goods in full, however the delivery costs originally paid are non-refundable unless your entire order is cancelled. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. If a refund is payable to you we will process the refund as soon as possible, and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day you give written notice of cancellation.

To cancel an order, you must submit a return request within seven (7) working days, beginning on the day after you received the goods. You must also return the goods to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk, you will be given instructions on how to return your order once we receive your return request. Returns will only be accepted at the address stated on the return request confirmation page which displays once you submit your return request and must be accompanied with details of your return request authorisation number (RMA).  Please note returns are not accepted at our registered office in London. We are not responsible for lost parcels so we recommend that you clearly state your return address on the outside of the parcel in case of any delivery problems.

To submit a return request, simply log in to your account on our website, view the order using the Completed Orders link in the My Account section, and click the Return Items button. We will notify you via email once we receive and process your return.

You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the goods while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation. This applies to all goods that are returned.

Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

If you return goods claiming they are defective, we will examine the returned goods and will notify you of your refund via e-mail within a reasonable period of time. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case within thirty (30) days of the day we confirm via e-mail that you are entitled to a refund for defective goods.

If a refund or reimbursement is payable to you, we will transfer the money using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Any orders for personalised goods are non-returnable. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges

If you require replacement items please select the Store Credit option on your return request. We will issue store credit to your account to the value of the original items as soon as we receive and process your return. You can then use this store credit to order alternative sizes/items or save it towards your next order.

Warranty and limitation of our liability

We warrant to you that any goods purchased from us through our website will be of satisfactory quality, comply with descriptions on our website and be reasonably fit for all the purposes for which goods of the kind are commonly supplied.

Our contractual or tortious (including negligence) liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the goods.

This does not include or limit in any way our liability:

(a) For death or personal injury caused by our negligence;

(b) For fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or

(c) For any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability.

We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise. By purchasing goods through our website you agree that we are not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses. . This clause does not affect your statutory rights.

We make no warranty that this website is free from computer viruses or any other malicious or impairing computer program.

The information contained in our website may be updated from time to time and may be out of date. We accept no responsibility for keeping the information on our website up to date, or liability for not doing so.
