Customers can view their current order status at any time via the order information page in the "My Account" section of the site.
If your order status is "Processing" this means we are currently preparing you order for dispatch. We aim to post all orders as soon as possible, however please allow up to 7 days, we will email you as soon as this happens. If your order status has not changed within 7 days please contact us.
If your order status is "Posted" this means your order has been posted and will be delivered to you shortly.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
UK - 1-3 days from date of posting
Europe - 3-5 days from date of posting
Worldwide - 5-7 days from date of posting
Despite our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delivery delays. We recommend you take the following steps if your delivery has not arrived within the estimated time scales:
- Ask you local postal sorting office if they've already tried to deliver it.
- Ask your neighbours if the package has been left with them.
- Check that the delivery address you gave us is correct, you can view this on your order confirmation email or by logging into your account and viewing your outstanding orders.
- Check for any current Royal Mail service issues which may have affected your delivery at www.royalmail.com/serviceupdates.
Please note that we have to wait 21 days from the posting date before we can investigate the non-arrival of an item with Royal Mail, this allows time for any orders with delivery problems to be returned to us as Royal Mail do not class an item as lost prior to this time. If your order has still not been received after 21 days from the posting date please contact us and we will submit a claim to Royal Mail which will allow us to provide you with a full refund or for your order to be re-sent.
